Based on intelligent remote tank monitoring, we develop customer-oriented solutions that bring measurable success and create real added value - both for our partners and their customers.

Your Mission.

In your role as Backend Software Engineer (m/f/d), you become part of our agile team and take responsibility for the whole development cycle. Your daily work might consist of:

Autonomous analysis and refinement of features asa part of a cross-functional agile team.
Execution and support of the whole software development cycle, including specification, design, implementation as well as automated testing
Autonomous analysis, refinement of the technical requirements in collaboration with the agile team and design of technical concepts
Implementation of new features and APIs in our backend systems
Roll-out and maintenance of infrastructure according to the DevOps model (CI/CD)
Debugging our systems and helping the internal support team solve challenging customer issues (3rd level support)

Your Background.

You have a distinct technical understanding, a hands-on mentality and look forward to daily challenges that characterize and constantly allow you to further develop and improve your skill set
You are experienced in Rust and want to work in a polyglot programming environment. Knowledge of Kotlin (preferably), Go or Dart are a plus
You are comfortable working with Linux
You know your way around relational databases (PostgreSQL) and are able to write efficient queries.
You have experience with cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean or similar) and related technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, etc
You know your tools and how to use them efficiently
Your English skills allow you to easily communicate with our international team, German is a plus
You are located in Europe and happy to move to Munich
