We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (m/f/d) to help us build and scale a new international use case – from first outreach to closing the first paying customers and transitioning the market into our standard business.
You will combine structured outbound execution, hands-on customer work, and a strong ownership mindset. You’ll work in a two-step B2B2B sales model (partners/multipliers → end customers), drive pilot phases, and turn early traction into a repeatable go-to-market motion.
This is not a “lead handover only” role. We’re looking for someone who takes responsibility end-to-end — from prospecting to pilots to first closes — and who brings speed, clarity, execution, and initiative to the table.
